Maurici Alkain Adroer

Maurici (ex-PwC) has extensive international experience in advising private equity and corporate clients when buying another company, selling off a division of the company, or partnering with a new alliance. He has developed his professional career in Barcelona, Santiago de Chile, Kolkata, Houston and New York City. Following the international experience, he came back to Barcelona to focus on his two passions; helping businesses achieve their goals and teaching corporate finance skills to professionals eager to learn.


Valentín Rosell Arévalo

Valentín (full-time MBA ESADE) started his career at a New York-based middle market investment bank focusing on cross-border M&A advisory. He is an expert in corporate valuation, market and industry analysis, negotiation, financial planning and control, and business analytics. He has advised several family firms and technology startups in transactions and developing CFO control models.
